WARRANTY
We offer a three year manufacturing warranty. If you experience any problems with a Cabin Max product, please contact us at info@cabinmax.com with your order number and a photo of the fault.
Our warranty covers faults caused by defective workmanship or materials, but excludes mishandling by carriers such as airport baggage handlers. Our products are quality tested and checked at the factory before being packaged, however In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect occurring, we will be happy to replace your item with an equivalent product. The warranty does not cover damage due to general wear and tear. It is important to check your purchase before using. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Check your suitcase when you collect it from the baggage carousel or before you leave the airport. If you discover that your suitcase is cracked or your soft-sided suitcase ripped whilst in the care of the airline, then you should take photographic evidence and go to the airline desk and make a claim.
Shipping & Returns
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr : Next working day delivery aim, £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr : Aims to deliver in two to three working days, £3.50 (free for orders over £60)
All items are sent using a tracked service and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your parcel has been despatched. If you do not receive this notification please check your spam folder or contact us at info@cabinmax.com with your order number.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order or amend any details please contact us ASAP via info@cabinmax.com with your order number. We will do our best to cancel or amend the order before it is shipped. Please note that if your order has already been despatched then we may not be able to help.
Orders placed before 3pm are shipped on the same day from our UK warehouse.
Orders placed after 3pm are shipped on the following weekday.
Orders placed before 11am on a Saturday will be shipped on the same day, and orders placed after 11am on a Saturday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
All parcels are sent via DHL with a tracked service, shipping times vary by location but can range between 3 and 7 days.
Duties and Taxes will be collected at checkout giving a clear overall cost and there should be no further charges for import.
Pricing is as follows :
Zone 1 : Belgium, Ireland, Netherland and Luxembourg - £15
Zone 2 : France, Germany, Guernsey, Jersey - £18
Zone 3 : Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden - £20
If you location is not shown above then unfortunately we do not currently ship there.
Due to the extra charges couriers are currently charging for delivery into the US this service is now suspended.

Please return your unused item with the original packaging and tags to us using the courier of your choice. We are unable to provide return delivery labels from outside of the UK
If you have returned an item due to personal choice and there is no manufacturing defect present, postage fees will be deducted from your total refund amount.

All partners must comply with international labour laws, provide fair wages, maintain safe conditions and ban forced or child labour. Independent audits, assessments and factory visits are conducted regularly.
The Velcro strips on the rear flap attach to adjacent strips on the bottom of the product, allowing the flap to cover the wheels.
Yes, all stated dimensions include the wheels.
The wheels do not detach without the use of tools and any amendments made to a product could void the manufacturing warranty.
Please ensure that the straps at the bottom of the item are tucked away behind the zip-up backpack straps so they do not drag on the floor when being used as a trolley.

The lock works like any combination and you will need to remember the code to lock and unlock the case. We suggest using a memorable number or writing down the code and keeping it safe for future reference.
