UK Delivery :
Orders placed before 3pm are despatched the same day from our UK warehouse, orders placed after 3pm and after 11am on a Saturday will be despatched the following Monday.
Delivery to the United Kingdom :
Royal Mail Tracked 24hr : Next working day delivery aim, £4.50
Royal Mail Tracked 48hr : Aims to deliver in two to three working days, £3.50 (free for orders over £60)
Please note that the delivery times are a guideline and not a guarantee.
When the order is shipped you will receive an email which will also include a tracking number so that you are able to track the progress of your parcel, please check your junk or spam folder if you have not received this.
Deliveries into Northern Ireland and Isle of Man are Via Royal Mail
Orders over £60 are Free UK Delivery.
Delivery to the European Union : ** Currently Suspended **
All parcels are sent via DHL with a tracked service, shipping times vary by location but can range between 3 and 7 days.
Duties and Taxes will be collected at checkout giving a clear overall cost and there should be no further charges for import.
Pricing is as follows :
Zone 1 : Belgium, Ireland, Netherland and Luxembourg - £15
Zone 2 : France, Germany, Guernsey, Jersey - £18
Zone 3 : Austria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden - £20
